By accessing and using MahadSec ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

MahadSec is a cybersecurity training platform that provides:

• Browser-based virtual labs for hands-on cybersecurity training
• Structured learning paths and courses
• Certification programs
• Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions
• Community forums and resources

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Conduct illegal activities or violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share account credentials or access
• Use automated tools to access the platform without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on MahadSec are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Lab Environment Usage

Our virtual labs are provided for educational purposes only. You agree to:

• Use labs only for learning and authorized testing
• Not attempt to break out of lab environments
• Not use labs to attack real systems or networks
• Report any discovered vulnerabilities responsibly

7. Payment and Billing

For paid services:

• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in account suspension

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MahadSec be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
